- Within an hour of the listing being signed a For Sale sign is placed which provides advertising as neighbors may have friends or family wanting to move to the area or potential buyers who drive areas looking for properties available in the choice locations.
- Within 24 hours of a listing your property with all photos will be on the Realtor.ca website. You will be able to contact Wanda’s cell anytime between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week during the sale of your home. As a pervious home seller a number of times, Wanda understands the emotional pressure that goes along with it and because of this she wants all her sellers to feel they can call her anytime and no question is stupid or not worthy of a call. If the Seller has a question than Wanda wants to answer it
- Before an offer is presented Wanda will explain what will happen as well each participant’s role. Although, fax offers are an accepted way of presenting an offer Wanda feels this does not do justice for the Sellers of Buyers, therefore she takes great measures in ensuring that the Buyers Agent present in person. Wanda will explain in detail to her Sellers the measures that she takes.
- Advertising will always be done and always as appropriate for the property.
